New stock for Spring

Here's just a little sneak peek at some of the lovely new things we've got arriving in store at the moment, ready for spring. These lovely little shirts arrived recently from Dandy Dodo. This is my favourite print (which i think would be nice for boys or girls), and it also comes in a more classic blue and white houndstooth pattern, and cute red and white stripes. Also new in are a selection of baby grows by Bee Bee. I like this one best, Ive got a thing for peter pan collars! We also have some lovely cat and dog printed grows from the same brand which I'll show you next week! Check our website for more new arrivals!

Busy busy busy!

You might be wondering what we've been up to in the last month - not much has been going on with the blog, we've been so busy this last few weeks! So there's quite a bit of news to share with you. Starting with 2 very special new arrivals! Above is Mimi, Gayle's friends new baby girl, modelling our cute Mary Jane socks. Also, my cousin had a lovely baby boy, Alfie, who i went to meet last week. A slightly belated congratulations on both new arrivals from Carry Me Home!

Also, we have had two exciting whole sale orders to tell you more about soon. And this morning we had order number 500 on our website! There's lots of lovely new stock in the shop, which i will share with you today and tomorrow. Steven popped in to see Gayle in the week too, and mentioned us on his blog.

So as well as everything in the shop keeping us busy, Ive been really busy with uni too. I finally got my dissertation handed in on Monday (74 pages!!), and am now getting stuck into my final collection! Ive also set myself a little challenge, to take a photo a day for a year, and share them on facebook - i might share them with you guys too if I'm not feeling to shy!

Outfit of the week!

Wow the weeks gone quick - time for outfit of the week again already! So we've gone for a matchy matchy look this week. For the girls we chose the Margot and Mo range from Olive and Moss. Cute long legged baby grow with a placement print of the 2 mouse friends on the front, and a fab sleeping bag (also available for boys with Leo the Lion on) with a repeat of the mice. Also some cute frilly pink socks (part of set) and a Margot the mouse toy. This toy is great, i really want one for myself! Not only is it a normal rattle, but it has amazing crinkly ears too! The sleeping bag and grow are 0 - 6 months, and the socks are 0 - 12, so this would make a great gift for a new baby, its something they will get lots of use from and it will fit them for a long time too! And once they have outgrown the clothes, they will still have the cute mouse toy, and the lovely gift box the socks come in!

For the boys, its another matching look, again from Olive and Moss. Meet Micheal the Monkey. Love this little set, its so functional looks really cute worn all together but the trousers go with lots of other things too, and the top would look great with little jeans. And surely that hat goes with everything! This is in 1 - 2 yrs, but these sets also come in 0 - 6 months, and 6 - 12 months (they also come in pink with Colette the Cow for girls, and red with Perry the Panda for boys and girls!). The navy stripes on the trousers and hat mean that Patrick the bear matches perfectly - remember you wont find Patrick (or any of our other bears) anywhere else - completely exclusive to Carry Me Home!
